Content Description	Aerial view of DePaul University's Lincoln Park campus looking northeast from Belden and Seminary Avenues. The Schmitt Academic Center (SAC) is seen to the left and Alumni Hall to the left.
Building Chronology	The original St. Vincent DePaul Church built in 1875 was converted to a classroom building to house the new St. Vincent's College in 1898. In 1907 St. Vincent's College became Depaul University centered on Sheffield and Webster Avenues. Beginning in the 1960s, DePaul began a slow physical expansion into the residential and commercial areas originally surrounding that first campus.
