The planning and work of the Purchase Card Commission, headed by Bill Hurley, is now beginning to materialize and the cards can be obtained by all DePaul students. This is of special interest to the graduates, as they can continue to use the cards until they expire, The money saved on a few purchases soon makes up for the original dollar paid for the card. This dollar goes back to DePaul University—Serving for Half a Century the Cause of Higher Education 1899- 1949 VOLUME XXVII—No. 29 CHICAGO, ILLINOIS MAY 31, 1949 "it fits you like a glove ." says prom committeeman Steve Crane to Ed "Mick" Mickiewicz as he tries on his summer formal (that looks more like a wedding suit) for the Junior-Senior Prom.
